Shipping policy
Last updated: 3 December 2025
This page explains how we pack, ship and deliver your order. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Returns & Refunds Policy. For questions, please contact us.
1) Where we ship
-
Australia: all states and territories.
-
International: selected destinations shown at checkout (availability may change).
2) Order processing times
-
In-stock items: we aim to dispatch in 1–2 business days.
-
Made-to-order / 3D-printed items: please allow 3–5 business days for production before dispatch.
-
Pre-orders: estimated release/dispatch dates are shown on the product page and may change (see §7).
Timeframes above exclude weekends/public holidays. We’ll let you know if something materially changes.
3) Carriers & services
-
Australia Post is our primary carrier.
-
Services offered at checkout (e.g., Standard / Express) depend on your address and what’s in your cart.
-
Tracking: most shipments include tracking; we’ll share details once your parcel is on its way.
4) Shipping costs
-
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size and service selected.
-
Any promotions (e.g., discounted shipping) will be clearly shown at checkout.
5) Address accuracy & delivery options
-
Please double-check your address at checkout (including unit numbers).
-
Australia Post can deliver to street addresses, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
-
If you select an Authority to Leave (ATL) option, the driver may leave your parcel unattended; risk passes on delivery and ATL may limit carrier investigations.
6) Delivery timeframes (estimates)
-
Australia (Standard): typically 2–8 business days depending on your location.
-
Australia (Express): typically 1–4 business days.
-
International: varies by country and service; the carrier’s estimate will be shown at checkout.
Actual delivery may vary due to carrier workload, weather and other events outside our control.
7) Pre-orders & lead-time changes
-
Pre-order dates and 3D-print queues are estimates and can shift due to supplier capacity or print scheduling.
-
If timing changes materially, we’ll notify you and offer options (wait, substitute comparable materials, or refund).
8) International shipping (duties & taxes)
-
Unless we state otherwise in writing, international orders ship DAP – Delivered At Place (Incoterms® 2020).
-
You are the importer of record and are responsible for import duties, taxes (e.g., VAT/GST) and brokerage/clearance fees charged on arrival.
-
In some countries, taxes may be collected at checkout if the platform requires it; otherwise they’re collected on delivery.
9) Refused/undeliverable parcels (intl. & domestic)
If you refuse delivery, don’t pay duties/taxes, or the carrier can’t deliver (e.g., incorrect address or an expired pickup window), the parcel may be returned or destroyed by the carrier.
-
If returned to us, we’ll refund the item price minus: original shipping, any non-recoverable carrier/customs charges, and reasonable processing costs (see Returns Policy).
-
If destroyed by the carrier, a refund may not be available.
10) Lost, delayed or damaged in transit
-
If tracking shows a problem, or your order arrives damaged/incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date if tracking says “delivered”).
-
We’ll investigate with the carrier and provide remedies where required by law (see ACL rights in our Returns Policy).
11) Split shipments & back-orders
We may ship your order in multiple parcels to get items to you sooner. You’ll only pay the shipping amount shown at checkout; we cover any extra splits we initiate.
12) Order changes & cancellations
-
We can usually help before your order is picked/packed.
-
Made-to-order / 3D-printed items can’t be cancelled once production starts (ACL rights preserved).
Please reach out as soon as possible if you need a change.
13) Risk & title
Risk in the goods passes on delivery. Title passes once full payment is received.
14) Need help?
Please contact us. We normally reply within 1–2 business days (AET).
